Seagull House Dittisham

Robski Builders Ltd started this project at the end of 2013 in the beautiful little village, Dittisham.

The extent of this project included a full refurbishment, building a new retaining and reinforcement walls, all new cladding around the Siberian larch sawn timber, double glazing windows, and doors, insulation, installation of an underfloor heating system with a concrete screed on top and beautifully finished with engineered oak boards.

The roof was insulated using TLX Foil layers to the underside of the rafters. All walls were plastered using a bonding coat to create an "old fashion look" finish. The decking was replaced with new Firestone rubber system and timber decking.

We created a new timber construction with double glass in the place of an unusable passage around the back of the house. Also, a new boiler/shed room and patio area were built. The beautiful glass conservatory on the front of the house was covered with new lead and glass roof.

This project was successfully finished in October 2014
