Our company, Robski Builders Ltd started working on this project at the end of 2012. This was an investment project outside of  Moretonhampstead.

The Client wanted to convert the old garage/barn into two storey living accommodation and an extension to the kitchen.

We had to lower ground level by 1.2metres to achieve space for the second floor.

The barn was successfully converted into 2 bedroom property.

The ground floor created a spacious living room, with the extended kitchen and wet room, and at the back of the property, there is a dining room with beautiful oak stairs leading to the second floor.

Two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. 

The roof and all internal walls have been insulated with 100mm PIR insulation to create a very warm and cozy home.
