Our company started this project in November 2012 in one of the most majestic and secluded places in Devon.

It was a full refurbishment and conversion of a barn office into living accommodation with a gallery.

The work included straightening the roof line, replacing old polyester insulation and installing new PAR insulation which meets the building regulations. We also replaced all-glass roof lights

, replaced the roof with Delabo slate, install an underfloor heating system, repositioned some of the internal walls.

Creating a brand new shower room.

Our team installed new drainage, sewage system to the barn as well as a water and heating system.

We finished the work on the barn in October 2013 where we started work on the Main House "Seagull House". Please see Project 1
